Reach truck driver FT, temporary to a permanent contract, immediately
As a reach truck driver you move a lot of work in a day. You’re comfortable with navigating easily and safely through the warehouse and to place goods at height, but also to find them. You have a sense of rhythm for incoming and outgoing goods and you know how to set priorities.
Function
Upon arrival of the goods, you check it for damage and scan the pallet, before entry. You drive these to the indicated location, where the location gets scanned and the stock gets adjusted. You know how to reach the locations in here quickly but safely.
Besides that, you solve malfunctions where necessary, help colleagues with the sealing of the pallets and make sure your working environment is clean and safe at all times. The empty trailers get reloaded after unloading. By means of Pick lists, you’ll drive the pallets to the relevant dock, so a quick and easy flow is created.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people with a passion for logistics and who know how to move pallets in a safe and quick way in a busy warehouse with a Reach truck. In addition, your Dutch and English must be good, so you can easily communicate with your colleagues and drivers in the workplace.
The function is available in the morning as well as in the evening: (6 AM – 3 PM / 3 PM – 11 PM), where the night shift has an appealing surcharge
Experience with driving a Reach truck
Valid certificate
Used to driving around in a busy warehouse
